Kanye West to be interviewed by Kim Kardashian's mother on 'Kris'

Rapper will give his first TV interview since 2010 to Kris Jenner

Kanye West will make his first televised TV interview in three years on Kris, the new TV show of Kim Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner.

West rarely gives interviews, having last appeared on TV in 2010 following the now infamous Taylor Swift VMA incident. In that appearance, West was reprimanded by host Jay Leno and asked what his dead mother would have made of his actions at the awards ceremony. The 'Yeezus' rapper later described the appearance as "brutal" and claimed that he regrets apologizing for his actions.









He can expect to get an easier ride on Kris, however, with his mother-in-law helming the hour long interview on her Fox TV show, which also airs in full on Youtube. Entertainment Weekly reports that West "opens up to Jenner about his baby girl, falling in love with Kim, and dealing with the press." It is also believed he will talk about President Obama's recent claims that he and Kardashian represent a celebrity culture which is negatively affecting the youth of America.

Meanwhile, earlier this week it was confirmed that West won't face felony charges after a photographer accused the rapper of attacking him at LAX airport last month (July).

A video of the incident appeared online on July 20, the day after the alleged attack occurred. The video shows West initially trying to ignore questions from a photographer, before appearing to lose his patience and beginning an agitated conversation with the snapper.
