Kim Kardashian’s bizarre photo shoot with the famed Karl Lagerfeld when she was heavily pregnant was a revealing look at her burgeoning baby bump and her baby daddy, Kanye West, showed off his “2 girls” in the video obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The behind the scenes video from Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book opens with the date of May 22, 2013 and notes the location is Paris.
“The day before Kim Kardashian eight months pregnant is allowed to fly back to L.A.,” the video begins and then Kim in shown in various scenes posing with her huge baby bump.

Kanye has been pushing Kim to move into the world of haute couture and this video shows the various outfits she donned during the photo shoot, including the very provocative black bra by Cadolle and a jumpsuit by Comme de Garcons that shows off her bare baby bump.
Another scene has Kim wearing a crystal mask by Maison Martin Margiela Artisanal.

Also given credit is Riccardo Tisci, the Givenchy designer who was behind the much-maligned flowered dress that Kim wore to the 2013 Met Gala.
Kim gave birth to her daughter North West just three weeks later on June 15.
