Apple Sued by 'Breaking Bad' Fan for Breach of Contract

As Breaking Bad enters the home stretch of its fifth and final season, the drama has never been so intense. And it's not just on-screen drama, either.

As GigOM reports, Ohio resident Noam Lazebnik has sued Apple for breach of contract, claiming that he and other Breaking Bad fans have been cheated by only receiving the first eight episodes of the show's final 16 episodes with their iTunes "Season Pass."

Eddie Murphy Talk on His Return to Music and the Stage

"All I've been doing is making music," says Eddie Murphy. "I haven't been working on films, haven't been developing movies, or any of that shit." Truth is, though he hasn't released an album for 20 years, Murphy never quit writing and recording songs – he just stopped releasing them. But now that he's "semi-retired" as an actor, Murphy installed a recording studio in his Beverly Hills mansion and got to work. The result is "Red Light," a respectfully received throwback-reggae single guest-starring Snoop Lion, and a new album, 9, due early next year. He jumped on the phone last week for a rare interview to discuss his musical plans, which are likely to include a return to live performances, and an eventual return to stand-up, too.

Dubai: Janet Jackson seems to be settling into her new role as a dutiful Qatari wife. The pop star was spotted in Dubai on Thursday shopping for abayas at Village Mall along the Jumeirah Beach Road.

According to Gulf News reader Pylene, Jackson, who married Qatari business tycoon Wissam Al Mana last year, walked into abaya boutique Toushih at around four in the afternoon. “She was talking to the shop attendants and picking some of the clothes. She had a companion, another woman, who was dressed in an abaya.”

A person who was present at the store confirmed to that the visitor was indeed Jackson.

DMX Tells Why He Streaked

As we reported earlier, DMX was seen on a Detroit hotel’s camera system streaking around the hallway buck naked!

“DMX was a Detroit hotel with his DJ (DJ NonStop) and his road manager (Montana) before his performance with Eve and Lil Kim on August 31st. X and the team were killing time at the hotel before the concert and dared each other to streak in the hallway. Brazilian Man to Marry Pet Goat in Devil’s Church (PICTURED)

Aparecido Castaldo, a retired stone cutter from Jundiai, Brazil has decided to marry his beloved Carmella, a goat. Because no Christian minister would agree to perform the marriage ceremony, the two will be wed by a known satanic leader, in the Church of the Devil.

People have married their pets in the past, although in most cases the marriage ceremony was just a symbolic one performed by family or friends. However, 74-year old Aparecido Castaldo, a widower and father-of-seven, apparently wanted to be united with his goat Carmela in a church, by an evangelical minister. Unfortunately, none of the churches he contacted with his unusual request wanted to perform the ceremony, so Aparecido eventually contacted Toninho do Diabo (Tom the Devil), an old friend who just happens to be one of the most famous satanists in Brazil. The wedding is scheduled to take place at midnight, on October 13, at the Devil’s Church, in Sao Paolo. ”Only our church accepted this love between man and animal because we have no prejudice,” Toninho said.

Today, Eddie Murphy unveiled the worldwide release of the official music video for his new single “Red Light”, on VEVO from his forthcoming solo album 9.

Featuring Snoop Lion, “Red Light,” showcases Murphy’s smooth vocals and savvy electric guitar skills over a laid back Reggae tune, serving as an anthem to raise awareness of important social changes in light of recent world events.

A press release that was received says, “9 highlights the range of Murphy’s musical talent, which encompasses a wealth of influences that zips across a wide variety of music genres, making 9 a seamless album filled with fearless creativity and innovation.”

 And if you’re wondering, Eddie Murphy’s 9 is slated to be released in the first quarter of 2014.

R. Kelly Announces Release Date For New Album Black Panties[VIDEO]

In an interview with Revolt TV (via Hot New Hop Hop), R. Kelly revealed that his next album will be called Black Panties. His twelfth studio album will be released on November 11.

This is the follow-up to 2012's Write Me Back. The only single so far has been "My Story", which features 2 Chainz and was given a music video.
